1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Gureey Express LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. Services Description
Gureey Express LLC provides freight transportation and logistics services including truckload freight, expedited shipping, dedicated carrier services, regional and long-haul transportation, warehouse coordination, and temperature-controlled shipping.
3. Shipping Terms
All shipping services are subject to availability and acceptance. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our discretion.
4. Liability and Insurance
Gureey Express LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all shipments. Liability for loss or damage is limited as specified in the bill of lading and applicable federal regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, properly packaging and labeling all shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing timely access for pickup and delivery.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials without prior authorization, illegal goods, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Customers must disclose all contents accurately.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
